FWIW, if one is inclined, the easy workaround is using your smartphone…not for typing the response (takes too long), but you can copy and paste the text into an e-mail to yourself on a non-company e-mail such as Gmail. You can then type your response on the PC keyboard and e-mail it back to yourself in Gmail. Open that Gmail, and then just copy and paste the text into the comment box on the smartphone. I’d be surprised if Gmail is blocked anywhere so using it as an “in between” works well for posting to blocked sites
