In five generations (say) your descendants aren’t going to look like you, not be any natural product of your genes. Or if they are they’ll be one of those ‘untermenschen’-plebs running around on the Earth in the film Elysium (a film that I think is a great social commentary of a likely future (maybe not a space station, but a gated paradise nation for the super rich only? oh yeah) Am I the only one to like that movie in that way?)

YES and I do like your analogy. I just skipped town instead though because neither the mob nor the casino are required in my life. Looking in the rear view mirror I can see the zombie hordes shuffling in, so not quite sure what glorious future awaits the inhabitants of Casinoville. Ima go find interesting people and things to do. Mind you, if a find some worthy people in a holdout that need another triggerman/engineer/generally practically minded guy whatever, that could be interesting…I’m not totally nihilistic, I just need a reason to be interested. The Walking Dead looks like an interesting scenario and I’m damn sure I can do better that those morons…while I wait, I’ll be supping beer poolside.

If I owed the mob a large sum of money I cannot pay off, I am going to dismantle that family before they can organize against me….
